What do I need to use TiVo Mobile?
All you need is an activated Series2 or Series3 standalone TiVo DVR and your internet enabled mobile phone. (TiVo Mobile does not work with DIRECTV with TiVo DVRs.) TiVo Mobile will work with both phone and broadband connected DVRs.
Does TiVo Mobile cost anything?
TiVo Mobile is free for all users. However, your cell phone carrier may charge you for airtime or data used while browsing the TiVo Mobile website.
I forgot my password.
TiVo Mobile and Manage My Account use the same sign in information. Visit tivo.com/mma and click on "Forgot your password?" to have a temporary password sent to you.
Updated or added a DVR?
To see changes to your DVRs you will need to sign out and sign in again.
TiVo Mobile does not display correctly on my device:
Different phones and browsers display websites differently. If TiVo Mobile does not appear correctly on your phone, check to see if the browser you are using has different settings or modes to try. Also be sure that "Show pictures" and "Allow Cookies" is enabled. If you are using one of the following phones, you may want to try the following settings:
On Windows Mobile devices using Pocket Internet Explorer:
Click on "Menu", then "View" and select "Fit to screen"
On Palm devices using the Blazer browser:
Click on "Options" then "Wide page mode"
On Blackberry ensure the following settings are enabled:
Support javascript
Support HTML tables
Use foreground and background colors
Use background images
Support stylesheets
Show images: On WML & HTML pages
Content mode: WML & HTML
